Chief Executive Officer
Brad Bono is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Princeton Hosted Solutions, a Unified Communications provider. A career-long entrepreneur and leader in the telecom industry, prior to PHS Brad was founder and Chief Executive Officer of Magellan Hill Technologies, LLC, a telecommunications services provider based in New Jersey, offering a Managed PBX utilizing the Allworx platform and Magellan’s carrier services.
Magellan Hill was acquired in 2012 in a cash transaction by Telesystems, a division of Block Communications. Before Magellan, Brad co-founded PAETEC Communications (NASDAQ:PAET) in 1998 and served as Co-Chief Operating Officer, and member of the Board of Directors from the company’s inception. PAETEC grew to over $2 billion in revenue with 4,000 employees, and was acquired by Windstream (NYSE:WIN) in 2011. Prior to PAETEC, Brad was Vice President of the Midatlantic region and Alternate Channel sales for ACC Telecom (NASDAQ:ACCC), which was acquired by TCG in 1998.
In 1991, Brad was a co-founder of Vista International Communications, Inc., based in Mt. Arlington, New Jersey, where he served as Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors. ACC Telecom (NASDAQ:ACCC) acquired Vista in a cash transaction in 1997. Brad is a proud University of Delaware alumnus.
Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Kevin DiMedio serves as Princeton’s Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to joining Princeton Kevin served as in-house counsel to privately-owned real estate development company and to a publicly-traded Fortune 500 company. His experience includes serving in New Jersey State government in Trenton and as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John B. Mariano (Ret.), Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County. Kevin is a member of the Advisory Board for Rowan School of Medicine C.A.R.E.S. Institute and The Canuso Foundation/Babes Kids charities. He also serves a general counsel for The Children’s Fresh Air Home and Haddon Heights Good Neighbors, non-profit assistance organizations, and is a member of the Board of Governors of Tavistock Country Club in Haddonfield, New Jersey. Education: J.D., Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School (1993); B.A., University of Delaware (1989).
Director of Operations
Karen has been with the company since it started and has 13 years of telecommunications operations experience. She is involved in all aspects of the operations of PHS. Prior to Princeton, Karen served as the Director of Operations at Magellan Hill Technologies. Prior to Magellan, Karen was in the financial industry.
Manager – Business Development
Rob has 25+ successful years in sales, where he has worked with both Verizon and most recently Comcast. Rob has an extensive list of clients he has formed relationships with over the years, whether by helping them upgrade their current services, reducing their overall expense or helping drive additional revenue; a satisfied customer is always the main objective. Rob has a BS from Temple University. Rob is a member of the Southern New Jersey Jewish Business Network. Rob is the incoming Vice President of Voorhees, New Jersey of Business Network International (BNI).

Partner at Ambina Partners
Greg Share is co-founder and partner at Ambina Partners, a Greenwich, CT based private equity company. Mr. Share has 20+ years of Private Equity experience and has previously led software and financial services investing at Moelis Capital Partners, a mid-market private equity fund, where he was a Partner and Investment Committee Member from 2008 until 2015. Prior to joining Moelis, Mr. Share served as a Managing Director of Fortress Investment Group from 2003 to 2008. Before joining Fortress, Mr. Share was a Vice President at Madison Dearborn Partners and started his investment career at Lazard Freres.
Mr. Share holds a BSc in Economics from The Wharton School and is a CFA charter holder.

Ambina Partners Board Observer
Mr. Tuder is partner at Ambina Partners. He is an experienced private equity and public securities investor with over 20 years of investment experience, having worked closely with executive management teams and board members of both public and private companies across a variety of industries. Mr. Tuder’s public equity and hedge fund experience includes investment roles at Tremson Capital, JHL Capital Group, and KSA MidOcean. His private equity and fixed income experience includes positions at Fortress Investment Group, Nassau Capital (an affiliate of Princeton University’s endowment), ABS Capital Partners, and CapitalSource Finance.
Mr. Tuder currently serves as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for MRV Communications (NASD: MRVC), a publicly-traded telecommunications network equipment provider, and he serves on the Board of Advisors of Clique (www.cliqueapi.com), a privately held voice communications solutions provider. Mr. Tuder has previously served on the board of directors of various privately held companies across a number of industries. He is a graduate of Yale University where he obtained a B.A. in English Literature.

Terry is a Partner with Archer and Greiner based in New Jersey. Terry has represented the company since its inception. Terry concentrates his practice in corporate law, with a emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. Terry has represented both private and public companies in purchases/sales. Terry is also experienced in commercial lending transactions and has counseled privately-owned and publicly-owned borrowers in documenting their primary lending facilities. Terry also provides general corporate services, advising and directing businesses in the areas of entity selection, contract preparation/review, and corporate governance. Such representation has ranged from newly formed start-up operations to long established business entities as well as foreign owned U.S. entities.
Terry is the Legal Counsel for the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey. He has a BA from LaSalle University and a JD from University of Virginia School of Law.
